Dear Prospective Bidder: The City of Pontiac is currently soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of (1) 15 TON AIR UNIT FOR OUR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT. Specifications and bid conditions are included with this letter and we ask that you read them carefully. If you have any questions about the bid process, you may contact me at (248) 758-3050. No proposal once submitted may be withdrawn for at least 90 days after the actual opening of the bids. The right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive defects in proposals is reserved by the City. Sealed bids are due in the office of the City Clerk, 47450 Woodward Ave., Pontiac, Mi. 48342, no later than Monday, July 26th, 2010 @ 3:00 pm. It is the bidders sole responsibility to assure that their bids are received prior to this deadline.
