Summary of Specifications:
Job Duties Sheet / Scope of Work for Asbestos Inspections Contractor will provide all labor & material for the following service work: ASBESTOS INSPECTIONS • Surveyor shall provide asbestos inspections for vacant residential homes • Surveyor shall be responsible for gaining access and re-securing the home after entry • Surveyor shall test all surfaces & materials as required by State of Michigan MDEQ Standards • Surveyor shall provide all testing and lab reports for each property surveyed • Surveyor shall provide inspections within 72 Hours upon written request from the City • Surveyor shall provide Pontiac complete reporting and testing results within 30 days of receiving inspection batches • Surveyor to supply photo of home where work is completed, front view minimum. • Surveyor shall perform a final inspection, create a report of the property after asbestos abatement is completed and provide the results to the City.
