RFQ-TC-Building Dept Services - Building Department Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Port Huron is seeking qualified Organizations to submit proposals to provide full- service administration of the building department and conduct building/construction plan review and inspection services for residential and commercial buildings, structures, and projects. All work performed must comply with approved governmental permit procedures and ordinances. Organization(s) must provide their own transportation in the performance of these services, as no City vehicles will be available. 

While it is the preference of the City of Port Huron to hire a single Organization for all services, separate proposals for plan review will be accepted. 

Through this RFQ, the City seeks to: 

• Determine qualifications of the Organizations submitting RFQ’s. • Specify the terms and conditions that would govern any resulting contracts and negotiations. • Select the qualified Organization(s) 

This RFQ details the instructions for submitting proposals, and the procedure and criteria by which a successful Organization will be evaluated and selected.
