Sealed bids will be received by the City of Port Huron, Michigan, in the office of the Finance Director, Room 217, in the Municipal Office Center, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan, or in person at the Office of the City Clerk until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Public Meeting Room of the aforesaid Municipal Office Center.
Request for Bid document may be examined and shall be obtained from the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website by BidNet Connect, located at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn or the City of Port Huron’s website https://www.cityofporthuron.org beginning on Friday, April 14, 2023. All bidders shall obtain a complete set of bid documents including all posted addenda, from the City of Port Huron via MITN and/or City of Port Huron website.
No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bids, and to accept any bid thereof which is deemed most advantageous to the City’s interest.
