Sealed bids will be received by the City of Port Huron, Michigan, by mail or in person in the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan 48060 until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Public Meeting Room of the aforesaid Municipal Office Center.
Bidding documents, including drawings and project manual contract documents, including instruction to bidders, proposal form, and specifications may be examined and shall be obtained from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website by BidNet Connect, located at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn beginning on Monday, June 10, 2024. All bidders shall obtain a complete set of bid documents, including all posted addenda, from the City of Port Huron via MITN.
No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid, and to accept any bid or portion thereof which is deemed most advantageous to the City’s interest.
