Attendance is highly recommended as meeting attendees will have the opportunity to request clarification of any section of the RFP and ask any other questions relating to the City’s 457 Plan and Roth IRA. Any responses provided during the pre-proposal meeting will be considered drafts and will be non-binding.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Proposals are to be submitted no later than Friday, August 16, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Proposals received after this time may be considered as determined by the City. Proposals will be accepted by either hard-copy of e-mail submission or both, as follows:
Hard-Copy Proposal Submission:
Hard-copy proposals may be submitted by express or overnight mail/shipping service, U.S. Postal Service, hand delivery by a company representative, or by Courier in a sealed package clearly marked “RFP 457 Plan and Roth IRA Provider” on the outside. The proposals shall be addressed to: City of Port Huron, City Clerk’s Office, 100 McMorran Blvd., Port Huron, MI 48060.
E-mail Proposal Submission:
Proposers may submit an electronic response (preferably single file PDF format) by e-mail to Cyndee Jonseck, City Clerk, jonseckc@porthuron.org., subject line: “RFP 457 Plan and Roth IRA Provider.” The City can receive email attachments up to 200 MB. Proposer to assume all risk associated with electronic submission (including all possible technical issues) and deems the City and its service provider harmless and without fault regardless of the reason.
