Description

Purpose
The City is requesting proposals for the removal and replacement of the two (2) existing 16’ x 6” (14 feet wide) overhead sectional doors at the City’s Utilities Services Building located at 1808 Bancroft Street. These doors are located on the north and south side of the building.
Proposals
Contractors shall submit a detailed proposal for providing services that meets all requirements listed in this RFP and as appropriate for this type of project. Discuss your approach to the project and list the scope of services that will be provided based on your approach.
The City reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted. By submitting a proposal, you agree to accept the conditions contained in this RFP, unless exceptions are clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted. There is no express or implied obligation by the City to reimburse any expenses incurred in responding to the RFP.
