P22-0070 - Water Filtration Plant-PLC Replacement and Software Upgrades

Provide a detailed bid to furnish all labor, material, and equipment as required to remove and install new equipment for the purpose of upgrading numerous panels and to provide a control system architecture scalable and customizable for the capability of meeting existing needs and future expansions, including connectivity to existing field instrument devices, operator interface terminals, control components, skid equipment, electrical systems, and monitoring systems, having the capability of executing on-line program modifications without shutting down the process under control and the capability to remove or insert network devices without disturbing the network, per project plans, schematics, I/O list, and specifications for a complete project at the City of Port Huron’s Water Filtration Plant.
