The City of Rochester Hills is seeking written quotations for a one-time purchase of Carbide Blades for use by the City’s Department of Public Services.
Unit prices are requested, FOB Destination City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Services, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 and shall include all charges that may be imposed in fulfilling the terms of the contract.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quotes. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
As this quotation is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the quotation documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the quotation submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.

- Fifty (50) 7/8” x 5” x 60” Kennametal carbide blades, Part #PB-760H or City approved equal.
NOTE: Pallets must not exceed 2,000 lbs. due to the weight restrictions of the City’s hi-lo.
