The City of Rochester Hills is seeking industry information on cloud-based attendance, scheduling and timesheet management software system. This RFI is issued solely to obtain information to assist the City in the development of a future procurement and identify vendors that may be interested in participating. A firm or organization’s response to the RFI, or lack thereof, will have no impact on the evaluation of responses to any subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation to Bid(ITB) released. The City of Rochester Hills does not guarantee any formal solicitation will be generated based on this RFI. No award shall be made in terms of this RFI. Further, the City is not seeking proposals through this RFI and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
Responses to this Request for Information will be received by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 via Electronic Submission ONLY through the MITN website until EXACTLY 3:00 P.M. Local time, May 22, 2024.
