The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for fasteners. The City wishes to establish a contract with one or more qualified firms to provide fasteners for their various departments. Some of the fasteners will be purchased on an as needed basis while others will be stock items. The term of this blanket will be for one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year options to renew.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services Maintenance Facility, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quote proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
As this quotation is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the quotation documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the quotation submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
The submission of a Quote hereunder shall be considered evidence that the vendor is satisfied with respect to the conditions to be encountered, and the character, quantity and quality of the work to be performed.
