The City of Rochester Hills on behalf of itself and the City of Farmington Hills is soliciting bids from qualified companies for Fire Hose for a two-year blanket purchase order. The listed quantities for the City of Rochester Hills are expected to be purchased in 2024 and 2025. Additional pricing will be requested for damaged or failure hose. The City of Farmington Hills will only be replacing damaged hose this year and a purchase(s) are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are to be included in the bid.
Unit prices are requested, FOB Destination, freight pre-paid, to the following agencies at the locations provided:
• City of Rochester Hills, Fire Station #1, 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, MI 48309
• City of Farmington Hills, Fire Station #5, 31455 W. 11 Mile, Farmington Hills, MI 48336
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 via electronic submission ONLY through the MITN (www.mitn.info) website until exactly 3:00 P.M. Local Time, DATE. The City will subsequently at 3:30 P.M. read the names and addresses received publicly via a Zoom Teleconference.

Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued.
