The City is currently requesting quotations for the award of the exclusive permit for the sale of glow
in the dark products at the Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills to be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025,
at Borden Park (Hamlin and John R). In the event that the festival cannot take place on June 25, 2025 due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances that will prevent the Festival from happening, the City has decided to have an alternate date of July 9, 2025 if needed.

Background
The Festival of the Hills includes several hours of entertainment concluding with a fireworks display. The event attracts approximately 50,000 attendees. The Festival of the Hills is funded by private donations.
