Dated: Thursday, October 28, 2021, The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified vendors to perform Hydrostatic Testing Services of Firefighter Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Cylinders and Oxygen Cylinders for a three (3) year period. The City requires that the cylinders be picked-up from and delivered to Lieutenant/Paramedic Nicholas Laking or his authorized representative at the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department Headquarters Station #1, 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, require adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please complete the information requested and submit either by email to cumminsl@rochesterhills.org or upload your response to the MITN website (www.mitn.info) by 5:00 PM EST, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2021.

Questions regarding the solicitation must be made in writing and emailed to cumminsl@rocheterhills.org prior to November 4, 2021 at 11:30 a.m., at which time an addendum response will be prepared and posted on the MITN website. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their quote. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their quote from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response.
Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quotes. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response.
Please note when submitting your quote through the MITN website, the City of Rochester Hills is capable of accepting documents in .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .tif or rtf formats. Due to security risks associated with some file formats, the following file types are not able to be opened by the City: DOC, DOCM, DOT, XLS, XLSM, XLSB, XLT, PPT, PPTM, RTF. All of these formats can contain malicious code. The City is also not able to open ZIP files at this time. Alternatively, you could convert these files to PDF.
As this quotation is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the quotation documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the quotation submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
