DATED: Thursday, October 28, 2021. The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified and experienced vendors to provide annual maintenance and repair of the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department Scott Breathing Air Compressor (Model AC0403361112/Serial Number 04W-2529) and RevolveAir Fill Station located at Fire Department Headquarters-Station #1, 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. The contract consists of the awarded vendor providing all parts, labor, supervision, expertise and equipment necessary to perform the required work for a three (3) year term. Repairs shall be invoiced for time and materials based on each job as required.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, require adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered.
Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their quote. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their quote from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response.
Please note when submitting your quote through the MITN website, the City of Rochester Hills is capable of accepting documents in .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .tif or rtf formats. Due to security risks associated with some file formats, the following file types are not able to be opened by the City: DOC, DOCM, DOT, XLS, XLSM, XLSB, XLT, PPT, PPTM, RTF. All of these formats can contain malicious code. The City is also not able to open ZIP files at this time. Alternatively, you could convert these files to PDF.
As this quotation is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the quotation documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the quotation submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
