The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide printing, addressing and mailing services for the City of Rochester Hills Clerk consisting of various election forms and envelopes for a one-year term; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Various sample copies are attached; originals can be viewed at the Purchasing Division.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. All questions regarding this quotation shall be directed to the attention of Keri Bright, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, telephone 248.841.2538; brightk@rochesterhills.org. Questions are not to be directed to other City employees. All questions shall be made in writing prior to Monday, April 3, 2023 @ 11:30 a.m. in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be prepared before the quotations are opened. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes quotation documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of quotation documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quotation documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting www.mitn.info to link to the MITN website. Final quotation results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
Scanned samples are attached; actual samples can be viewed at the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division; samples cannot be removed from the Purchasing Division.
No contract will be automatically renewed at the end of any contract term.
