The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a two (2) year blanket purchase order for Mueller Hydrant Parts. Pricing is to be firm for the term of the blanket.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services Maintenance Facility, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quotes. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
Scope of Work
It is the objective of the City to select a reputable firm to supply and deliver “as-needed” Mueller Hydrant Parts for the City’s Water Department operating needs. The City has Mueller Improved, Modified and Centurion models in the field.
No guarantee is made as to the quantities, which will be purchased, or to any total contract dollar amount.
