The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide portable toilets for usage by the City’s Parks Department for a three-year blanket purchase order agreement, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions.
Proposals will be received through the MITN website until exactly 3:00 p.m. EST, on February 13, 2025. Electronic submission ONLY will be accepted. Hardcopy, emailed, faxed and late submittals will not be accepted. The City will subsequently at 3:30 P.M. read only the names and addresses received publicly via a Zoom teleconference. Only those persons(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before January 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the proposals are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes proposal documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of proposal documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain proposal documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, click on Departments, Fiscal, Accounting & Purchasing, Procurement Division and Bid Opportunities. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
Any deviation from the specifications must be noted on the proposal.
