The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting bids from qualified companies for the rental of Changeable Message Board signs for the time period of September 30th through December 23rd each year for a 3-year term.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. If you are interested in providing a bid, please fill in the following information and upload via electronic submission only to the MITN (www.mitn.ifno) website by: August 5, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST. All questions should be directed to the attention of: Andrea Quinn, Procurement Analyst, by email quinna@rochesterhills.org. The City will subsequently at 3:30 P.M. read the names and bids received publicly via a Zoom Teleconference.
Only those persons(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their bid proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their bid proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before July 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the bids are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
THE CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
As this bid is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the bid documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the bid submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
