Dated January 31, 2025. The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and
experienced companies to provide Road & Pathway Right of Way Lawn & Weed Mowing Services. The
Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, expertise, trades,
supervision and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required.
Note: that this solicitation does NOT include mowing of City Owned Properties or Ordinance Mowing at
Occupied or Vacant properties in the City. These services will be solicited in separate solicitations. The
City previously issued the three types of the City’s Lawn Mowing needs as one solicitation, but has
determined it is in the best interest of the City to separate into three separate solicitations. This solicitation
is for lawn and weed mowing of Road & Pathway Right of Ways listed in the Locations section starting on
page 3 of this solicitation.
The term is for a period of two (2) years; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for three
additional 1-year periods.

forms and upload to the MITN website. Electronic submission ONLY will be accepted. Hardcopy, emailed,
faxed and late submittals will not be accepted.
Sealed proposals for Road & Pathway Right of Way Lawn & Weed Mowing Services will be received by the
City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 via
electronic submission ONLY through the MITN (www.mitn.info) website until exactly 3:00 P.M. Local Time,
Tuesday, February 25, 2025. The City will subsequently at 3:30 P.M. read the names and addresses
received publicly via a Zoom Teleconference.
