Important Note to Vendors:
When viewing this notice online, click on the link to the specification documents to see all attachments for this RFQ. The City of Romulus Treasurer's Office is requesting formal quotes for the processing, printing, sorting and mailing (including postage) of the City of Romulus 2015 Winter Tax Statements. Please complete the attached documents and attach the forms along with your line items quotes. Contractors not returning the forms could be eliminated from consideration for award of the project. A request for references and additional specifications are in the attached document. Companies currently not a vendor for the City of Romulus should attach a completed New Vendor Form and a "W9" along with their quote.
