Summary of Specifications:
INVITATION TO BID (1) The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking bids two season contract pricing from qualified contractors for the application of a Mineral Well Brine solution to approximately 8 miles of unpaved, gravel roads and other areas on an as needed basis and as directed by the Director of the Department of Public Works or his assigned agent. (2) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. (3) Two (2) copies of the bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:30, Monday, June 22, 2015. At approximately 2:45, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
