Summary of Specifications:
CITY OF ROMULUS INVITATION TO BID ITB 12/13-04 FOURTEEN VEHICLES FOR ROMULUS POLICE DEPT.
(1) The City of Romulus Police department is soliciting bids for the acquisition of: • Nine (9)–2013 Ford Sedan Police Interceptors • Three (3)–2013 Ford Sedan Police Interceptors W/Eco Boost • Two (2) – 2013 Ford Utility Police Interceptors
(2) All vehicles to be delivered to the City of Romulus Department of Public Works Building located at 12600 Wayne Road or to the vendor designated by the City of Romulus Police Chief.
(3) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system, http://www.mitn.info.
(4) Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 29, 2012
(5) RESPONSE ENVELOPES MUST BE CLEARLY ADDRESSED:

(6) At approximately 2:15, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read. (7) The City reserves the right to reject all bids and proposals and to waive technicalities.
