Summary of Specifications:
CITY OF ROMULUS ITB 12/13-28, HD/SD LIVE PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT - CABLE DEPARTMENT The City of Romulus Cable Department is seeking bids for the acquisition of all the needed equipment, its installation, training, support and warranty to acquire a video feed from our existing cameras (w/WV-RC700A remote control units) and send that video feed (after necessary effects are provided) to our public access cable channels and Blue Ray recording, with future capabilities of being streamed over the internet.
(1) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info.
(2) Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, March 27, 2013. At approximately 2:15, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
