CITY OF ROMULUS INVITATION TO BID ITB 14/15-14 TWO PANASONIC TOUGHBOOK 19 (1) The City of Romulus Fire Department is seeking bids for the acquisition of two (2) Panasonic Toughbook 19 computers with rubber backlit keyboard upgrade. Bids for alternatives will not be accepted. (2) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit a bid must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained from the MITN system @ http://www.mitn.info/. (3) Two (2) copies of the bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, January 20, 2015. At approximately 2:45 p.m., local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
