REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 12/13-36 NEW SERVICE PROVIDER FOR HYLAND (ONBASE) SOFTWARE THREE (3) YEAR MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT Bid Opening June 05, 2013 (1) The CITY OF ROMULUS is a current OnBase software user and is seeking a new service provider for HYLAND (On Base) Software Licensing, Service/Maintenance, Training Services and Professional Services and will receive sealed proposals for a three (3) year contract with two (2) renewable options in one (1) year increments, according to the specifications of the City of Romulus. The City has requested and has been granted release from our current OnBase partnership agreement and is seeking a new partnership. Only current authorized resellers in good standing with Hyland Software’s OnBase Software System need submit a proposal to the City of Romulus. (2) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit proposals must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. (3) Two (2) copies of sealed proposals along with one PDF copy must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, June 05, 2013. At approximately 2:15, local time all timely received proposals are to be publicly opened and read.
