ITB-LC-15/16-35 - TWO YR CONT. FOR WATER BILLING, ASSESSMENT NOTICES & TAX STATEMENT

Summary of Specifications:
(1) The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking bids from qualified companies for a two year contractual services agreement for the printing and mailing of the City of Romulus 2017 and 2018 Property Assessment Notices, 2016 and 2017 Summer and Winter Tax Statements and the monthly residential and commercial water bills for the term of the contract. (2) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. (3) Two (2) copies of the bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:30, Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
