Summary of Specifications:
(1) The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking bids from qualified vendors for one year fixed pricing for water system repair parts to be delivered on an as needed basis to the City of Romulus Department of Public works. Pricing on Copper shall be firm for sixty (60) days following award of the bid unless stated otherwise in the area provided on the Pricing Sheet for variations or exceptions to the bid. (2) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. (3) Two (2) copies of the bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:30, Monday, June 1, 2015. At approximately 2:45, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
