The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and
incidental items, including but not limited to the following major items of work:

• Removal of concrete and composite pavement
• Concrete paving with integral curb
• Concrete curb and gutter
• Asphalt paving with LVSP
• Concrete driveway/sidewalk construction
• Storm and sanitary sewer installation
• Drainage structures and piping
• Ductile iron water main installation
• Restoration

Project schedule is April 15 - September 27, 2019

System would not allow entering any percentage over 100% under Bonding Requirements. Bonding Requirements are as follows below:
Bid Bond - 5%
Maintenance Bond - 125%
Labor and Materials Bond - 125%
