The City of Royal Oak is seeking proposals to remove and replace carpeting for six rooms, two entrances, and one long hallway for the senior center. All the carpet will be carpet tiles for moderate high foot traffic and the entrance ways will need walk off carpet tiles. There will be a mandatory onsite walkthrough for those looking for exact measurements. Proposals must include the removal of the carpet and installation of the new carpet. Please include carpet tile warranty information in the proposal as well.
