Summary of Specifications:
The city is looking to replace the roof at the fire station museum. A roof replacement is needed on the main roof and the hose tower. In addition, the dormer will need to be removed and vents will need to be installed in place of the dormer. There is a flat roof area that has an EPDM membrane that will not be worked on as that is in good condition. Please take precautions to not damage the flat roof. A man lift will be needed to get to the roof, please include that in the proposal
