Summary of Specifications:
The City of Royal Oak invites the bidder to submit a proposal to remodel the Weight room and Locker room for the Royal Oak Police Department. The project requires replacing floor covering, supply of equipment and services for the removal of old lockers and installation of 106 new lockers, relocation of access door to the weight room, repair and paint all walls, repair/ replace all ceilings. Timing of work is to be performed in conjunction with RFP-SBPROPD- 13-002 Asbestos abatement
