Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a corridor study within the Nine Mile Telegraph Area of the City of Southfield. The purpose of the study is to determine if there are acceptable alternate land uses that the City Council along with the residents of the area would find acceptable. There have been two recent land use decisions within the area that have prompted the need for a unilateral look of the corridor along Nine Mile Road, west from the commercial uses fronting Telegraph Road approximately one half mile to the west on both the north and south side of Nine Mile Road.
