ITB-11-0032 - Boiler Replacement Project, John Grace Community Center

Summary of Specifications:
The Southfield Building Authority (Authority) is accepting bids from qualified contractors to complete the Boiler Replacement Project, John Grace Community Center, in accordance with the attached plans. 

All bidders must submit a bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total, with their bids. 

The successful company will be required to enter into a contract with the Authority; provide bonds and insurance acceptable to the Authority; and meet the requirements of the Labor Harmony agreement of the Authority. Copies of these requirements have been attached for your review.
