Description

The City of Southfield is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide full-service records storage services. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing a document storage services in a secure environment; relocation of existing inventory services; pick-up/delivery; new filing; retrieval; re-filing; on-site review; destruction services; certification of destruction; recycling; reporting; and all other records storage and related services not specifically listed.

The success contractor will be required to enter a contract and provide insurance acceptable to the City. The contract term will be 3 years with options to renew for 2 additional 1-year periods. Copies of these requirements have been included for your review.
