Description

The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to level concrete slabs surrounding the Civic Center Pool. This contract is expected to be awarded in mid-April and work must be completed no later than April 30th when the pool opening/cleaning work is to be performed. The successful company will be required to provide insurance acceptable to the City. A copy of these requirements has been included for your review.

Companies will be held to have inspected the work site to determine the conditions under which the will be expected to perform. A pre-bid inspection opportunity has been scheduled for March 18, 2021 between 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM local time. Call Ben Ruthenberg at 248.910.9416 to gain access to the work site.
Companies entering the building will be required to comply with COVID-19 protocols which include face masks; providing information for contact tracing; and temperature checks.
