The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 22801 TIMBERLINE 76-24-30-351-041 HOUSE WITH ATTACHED GARAGE AND REAR PATIO
The house is a one story walkout ranch of 1,848 sq. ft on a full basement foundation with a combination of wood siding and brick veneer with an attached 2-1/2 car garage (625 sq. ft.). The front (70 sq. ft.) porch concrete slab rest on a concrete masonry foundation. The rear patio consists of a 270 sq. ft. concrete slab with no foundation. The attached two and a half car garage of approximately 625 sq. ft. must also be removed. The basketball court at the rear of the property shall remain untouched. The poles and back boards for the court shall be removed. The free standing deck at the rear property shall be demolished. The below ground post footings shall remain untouched to prevent soil erosion. The miscellaneous batter boards around posts located to the south of the patio directly behind the house shall be removed. Repair and installed silt fencing as indicated by the attached plot plan. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, deck, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, patios, walkways and driveway.
