The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 20495 WESTOVER 76-24-34-453-003 HOUSE AND ATTACHED GARAGE.

The house is a 988 sq. ft. 2 story Bungalow of brick and wood frame construction on a crawl space with an attached 1 story slab on grade breezeway of 290 sq. ft. and a front porch of 58 sq. ft. The attached garage is 440 sq.ft., brick and wood frame slab on grade construction. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, breezeway, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, fencing, walkways and driveway.
