Summary of Specifications:
The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building located at: 21558 SHERMAN 76-24-33-376-009 (HOUSE)

The structure is two story wood frame single family dwelling of approximately 1,757 sq. ft. on a 1000 sq. ft. concrete masonry basement with a gable roof and asphalt shingles. There are two concrete / masonry porches of 80 sq. ft. (front) and 102 sq. ft. (right rear) with full concrete foundations. A left rear porch of 90 sq. ft. is of wood frame construction. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, foundation walls, footings, concrete, wood porches, walkways, driveway and approach.
