The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 22699 Glastonbury Gate, HOUSE WITH ATTACHED GARAGE, ATTACHED PORCH, AND INGROUND POOL. The house is a two story colonial of 1,326 sq. ft 1st floor on a partial concrete slab and basement foundation and has 948 sq. ft. for the 2nd floor. The attached garage is 462 sq. ft. The attached first floor concrete front porch is 75 sq. ft. The rear in-ground pool is roughly 648 sq. ft. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, garage, in-ground pool, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, slabs, walkways and driveway.
