Summary of Specifications:
The work contemplated in this specification consists of site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated and fire damaged building located at: 28571 SELKIRK, # 76-24-13-209-016 HOUSE and ATTACHED GARAGE FOUNDATION AND CONCRETE SLAB A 912 sq. ft single story wood frame home, brick veneer with a full basement and attached 440 sq.ft foundation with a concrete slab from the fire damaged garage. All debris is to be removed from the interior of the home and the entire lot including cement porches, walkways and driveway. COPIES OF THE COMPANY’S BUILDING/DEMOLITION LICENSE AND COMPANY INSURANCE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE BID.
