This structure is a 1 ½ story, 1,260 sq.ft, wood frame home on a basement with a 10’x 12’ enclosed porch on a concrete slab at the rear of the house. The detached garage is 440 sqs.ft wood frame, one (1) story, on a concrete slab with wood siding. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, walkways, driveway, (2) landscape light posts and fallen trees at the rear of the property.
