Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is requesting bids for the site clearance and demolition of the dilapidated building and all accessory structures located at: 21075 WESTOVER 76-24-34-452-003 

The house is a 900 sq. ft. single story dwelling with a concrete slab of 60 sq. ft., and a crawl space of 840 sq. ft. of wood frame construction with vinyl siding, a gable roof and asphalt shingles. The front porch is approximately 20 sq. ft. and is constructed of concrete. The rear covered porch is approximately 256 sq. ft. on a concrete slab with a shed roof. The shed is approximately 324 sq. ft. on a concrete slab constructed of concrete block and wood frame. The lot will be cleared of all debris including but not limited to what is in the interior of the dwelling, the rear porch, shed, foundation walls, footings, concrete porches, walkways and driveway.
