Civic Center Complex – Parking Lot Lighting: Replace existing metal halide parking lot and walkway lighting with new LED fixtures (reuse existing poles and concrete bases). Police and Courthouse Buildings – Exterior Overhang Lighting: Replace existing recessed mercury vapor light fixtures at exterior overhangs of the Police and Courthouse Buildings with new surface mounted compact fluorescent light fixtures.
