The objective of this RFP is for either:

City Owned I-Net: - Evaluate proposals to install and maintain a like-for-like (or better) I-NET fiber ring infrastructure that interconnects City of Southfield sites, with full and active redundancy. Data traffic is switched by network equipment that is owned and maintained by the City.

City Leased (IRU) I-Net: - Evaluate proposals to provide and maintain a Leased IRU like-for-like (or better) I-NET fiber ring infrastructure that interconnects City of Southfield sites, with full and active redundancy. Data traffic is switched by network equipment that is owned and maintained by the City
