ITB-10-00021 - Fire Station Exhaust Extraction System Project

Summary of Specifications:
Purpose The Southfield Building Authority (Authority) is accepting bids from qualified contractors to complete the Fire Station Exhaust Extraction System project in accordance with the attached plans. All bidders must submit a bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total, with their bids. The successful company will be required to enter into a contract with the Authority; provide bonds and insurance acceptable to the Authority. Copies of these requirements have been attached for your review. Pre-Bid Meeting: Bidders will be held to have inspected the facility to determine the conditions under which they will be expected to perform. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Friday, June 25, 2010 at 10:30 A. M. local time. The meeting will begin at Fire Station 1 located at 24477 Lahser Road, Southfield, MI and continue to the other two (2) sites. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any company wanting to submit a bid
