Summary of Specifications:
The work includes but is not limited to; complete removal of the existing roof systems to the decks at Fire Station No. 5 (approximately 18,350 square feet); deck repair, as necessary; installation of insulation, roof membrane, base flashing and sheet metal accessories in the removal areas as specified.

The Drawings and Specifications under which work is to be done are on file and may be examined at the Purchasing Department office, City ofSouthfield, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan Construction Association of Michigan, Dodge Reports and Daily Construction Reports. A certified check, cash or surety bid bond payable to the Southfield Building Authority for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal shall be required with each Proposal.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING is scheduled for September 19, 2007 at 1:00 pm Local Time at the Southfield Fire Station No. 5 located at 24477 Lahser Road, Southfield, Michigan.
