Drawings and Specifications may be obtained on Monday, May 11, 2009 at the Engineering Department office, 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, Michigan, by making a non-refundable payment of $50.00 per set, payable by check to the City of Southfield. The Contractor is advised that to submit a bid on this project, the Contractor must have purchased a set of plans and specifications from the City of Southfield.
