Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield Public Library (SPL) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance services for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment located in the Public Library, 26300 Evergreen Road, Southfield, MI 48076 in accordance with the requirements detailed within this document. Pricing is being requested for a one year contract with two, one year renewal options. The successful proposer will be required to enter into a contract with SPL and provide insurance acceptable to the SPL. Copies of these requirements have been included for your review.
