Summary of Specifications:
The City of Southfield is soliciting quotations to vendors within a 55 mile radius of City offices, on leak-proof plastic liners for the purpose of establishing contract pricing. The quantities, where indicated, are estimates of a six-month supply and are not guaranteed. Bid prices must be firm for a six-month period. Any price increases after the six-month period must be requested in writing to the Purchasing Department 30 days prior to the increase.
